1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Croppa ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. Licence
Croppa grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Free Version: You may use the free version of Croppa for personal or commercial use without charge, subject to its feature limitations.
- Pro Version: A valid Pro licence key is required to access Pro features. The licence is for a single machine and a single user. You may not share, resell, or sublicence your key.
- Licence Transfer: If you need to transfer your licence to a new machine (e.g. after hardware replacement), contact us with your order details and we will assist you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicence the Software or your licence key.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Croppa or its developers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to equipment.
6. Refund Policy
Since Croppa offers a fully functional free version for you to test before purchasing, refunds for the Pro licence are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made if there is a confirmed technical defect that we are unable to resolve. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
